Before Preece Systems, we both worked for the same small business. We learned the operation from the inside and saw how inefficient processes were consuming time, costing money, and making everyday work less reliable.

We worked full-time to turn those pain points into processes that were simpler to use and automated where possible. When those systems started making a real difference, something clicked. We had found the kind of work we wanted to keep doing: helping small businesses save time, reduce costs, and work with more confidence.
